We met Kelly by chance. She called us one day to see if we were interested in selling our house (which goes to show how hard she works for her business). At the time, we were not but a month later we found a plot of land that we wanted to purchase. We remembered Kelly's call and reached back out. Kelly quickly jumped on board, and helped us through what was far from a normal real estate transaction, without us even knowing if/when we would eventually sell our current house. Kelly was thorough, and a champion for us when working with the banks to keep everything on track. When we eventually made the decision to then sell our house this summer, we again knew Kelly was the perfect person for us. As mentioned, she has incredible communication skills, is extremely detail oriented, and as a bonus is incredibly personable and thoughtful (we also had a newborn at the time and Kelly was extra cautious/respectful of our precautions with him during these COVID times). We often reflected how Kelly helped us navigate through such a stressful time, and how much harder things would have been if we didn't have such a proactive person doing the heavy lifting for us. Kelly was also very knowledgeable about the market in general and the house selling/inspection processes specifically. She always had excellent answers to our questions, and when we were looking for advice we were happy to have her perspective. We would recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a home. We cannot stress enough how great our experience was, and how much smoother things most likely went because of her hard work. Kelly was great in all phases of the selling process. I had Kelly as my Realtor on two different properties in CO and she was great she kept me in the loop on what was going on and I we got both properties sold and I moved to Iowa and she even found me a realtor in Iowa to help me find my house here so I would recommend Kelly for any of your Real estate needs she is top notch. Kelly is excellent in her field. She is very thorough and takes her time in explaining every aspect of the selling of your house. I wanted to have an estate sale and she put me in touch with someone after she questioned him about his procedure. The gentleman who did the sale said he had never had a real estate agent ask the types of questions that Kelly did. She was always available to answer any of my questions and not only sold my home but found me a smaller one to fit my current needs. I cannot say enough good things about her. She will certainly work her hardest to help you sell or buy a home.
